Privacy policy

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, your email, your business name, your trade, your city and state, the languages for your website and, if you give them, your WhatsApp or cell number, your business link on Google Maps and photos of your work.
• If you write to us on WhatsApp, text or email: your number or email, your profile name and what you send us (text, photos or voice notes).
• Visit data: which ad or link brought you here (UTM parameters), whether you came from a Meta ad (yes or no only), the page that sent you, your browser, a random visit ID and which buttons you tap.

What we use it for

To do what you asked for (your preview, your Google check or your posts), to contact you about it, to provide the service if you sign up, and to understand which parts of the site work best.

Messages

We contact you by WhatsApp, text or email only if you checked the box on the form or wrote to us first. Reply STOP to stop getting texts, or tell us "no more messages" any way you like. We don't sell or share your number for others to contact you.

Artificial intelligence

An AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) helps us read and answer messages, write text and build websites. We tell you so at the start of every chat. Brian, a real person, checks what matters.

Your photos

If you upload photos with a form, we keep them on Cloudflare for up to 30 days to make your preview or your posts; then they delete themselves.

We use photos of your work on your website and your social pages only with your permission. We remove their location data (GPS), and we don't post customers' faces, house numbers or documents.

Who helps us

Cloudflare (website hosting, database and email), Google (our work email), Stripe (payments), Meta (ads, the Meta Pixel and WhatsApp) and Twilio (WhatsApp and text messages).

Meta Pixel

Our pages load the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta about visits and a few actions: viewing our prices, tapping a WhatsApp, email or phone button, and sending a form. We don't send it your name, your phone number or your email.

Meta and other third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information from this site and other sites, and use it to measure ads and to show you ads. You can turn it off with the "Turn off" button on the notice. We also honor your browser's Global Privacy Control signal. More options in your Facebook ad settings and at www.aboutads.info/choices.

Where it is stored

In a Cloudflare database (D1) that only we manage. Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Requests and visit data, up to 24 months. If you are a client, for as long as the service lasts, and after that for as long as the law requires.

Deleting your data

Email us at hola@zapimpulso.com and we delete your data within 30 days.

Children

ZapImpulso is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date on this page.
