By using ZapImpulso you accept these terms. They are written in plain language.
What ZapImpulso is
A done-for-you marketing service for home service businesses in the US: website, Google profile, posts, Facebook and Instagram ads, and customers to your WhatsApp. We work over WhatsApp, text and email.
The free preview
It is free, with no commitment. We don't ask for a card. If you don't sign up, we don't put it online on your domain name.
Plans and prices
Founders Plan: $297 a month. This is our founders' price; later the price will be $397 a month. If we change your price, we tell you at least 30 days in advance.
Keep my site: $49 a month. It includes your website online, hosting, your domain and photo updates over WhatsApp. It does not include ads, posts or managing your Google profile.
There is no setup fee. Stripe charges you every month in advance, on the same date, until you cancel.
Ads
Ad spend is not included. You pay it directly to Meta, in an ad account in your name. You decide how much to spend, and you can pause it anytime.
Month to month, no contract
You cancel whenever you want with a message on WhatsApp or an email to hola@zapimpulso.com. There are no fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for, and we don't charge you again.
What is yours
Your domain, your Facebook Page, your Google profile and your ad account are in your name and belong to you. If you cancel, you take them with you. If you ask, we give you a copy of your website so you can use it anywhere you like.
No guaranteed results
We don't guarantee customers, calls, sales or income. Results depend on things we don't control: your area, your price, the season, the competition and how fast you answer. The Rauen Floor results come from one business, and that business belongs to our cofounder's family.
What you do
You give us true information and photos you have the right to use. You approve anything with your name, your face or your money on it. We only say you are licensed, insured or anything else if it is true and you confirm it.
Artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence assistants to write, design and answer messages, and we tell you so at the start of every chat. A person, Brian, checks what matters and handles calls, payments and problems.
Other platforms' rules
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google have their own rules. If a platform rejects an ad or limits an account, we let you know and look for another way, but we don't control those decisions.
